Terms of Service

Merchant of record: Kaldera Entertainment LLC, doing business as Mempolitics ("Mempolitics," "we," "us"), 2700 S Gilbert Rd, Suite 5 #146, Chandler, AZ 85286.

• Products. Physical print-on-demand merchandise, sold as-is.
• Payments. Processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). We never receive or store your card data.
• Fulfillment. Orders are printed and shipped by Prodigi, a third-party print-on-demand provider.
• Warranty. Limited 30-day warranty against print defects and shipping damage. No other warranties, express or implied.
• Returns & refunds. Governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, linked at checkout and on every product page.
• Governing law. State of Arizona, United States.
• Dispute resolution. Informal negotiation first; any unresolved dispute resolved by binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona.
• Brand. The MEMPOL!TICS wordmark and the statement "Not your broker. Not your therapist." are Mempolitics brand marks reserved to Kaldera Entertainment LLC.
• Changes. We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
